Swiss oats recipe

Swiss oats and fruit
1 1/2 c.oats
1 1/4 c skim or soy milk
2 Tbs. honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
serve with fruit for breakfast
Makes 4:  1 1/2 c. servings
282 calories including fruit, fiber 7

I know that sis and I love these for breakfast.
