On Thursday Ethan went on a field trip to the farm. They each got to pick a pumpkin. Ethan decided on a very heavy one and insisted that he carry it himself. Hiram helped him carve it and Ethan scooped all the gook out. That night he thanked heavenly father for his pumpkin so that he could make a jackolantern. The only problem with the pumpkin is that both kids always want to bring it back in the house during the day and put it out at night. Maybe I should have skipped getting a cat and just got a pet pumpkin.
