Yummm!

Here us the recipe for the Country Chicken Chowder in a crockpot:
1 1/2 lbs chicken  cut into cubes
2 carrots chopped
2 stalks celery chopped 
1 onion chopped
2 c. frozen corn (or any combo of other frozen veggie ) Ilike 1c peas 1c corn
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of potato
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. half & half
Brown chicken in skillet. Then mix in crockpot with everything except half & half.
 Cook on Low 4 hrs. or until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender. Then turn off heat add half & half and let stand covered 10 mins.
